Becoming a New ERDT Host Employer

Thank you for your interest in being the host employer for an ERDT J1 Work/Travel student. Please note that ERDT only approves hosts who meet the following criteria:

  • Must provide employee housing and be able to provide photos of all rooms;

  • Must provide at least 2 planned cultural activity events; and

  • Must be able to demonstrate a seaonal need for extra employees.

Once you have finished, please email emily@erdtworkandtravel.org so that we can prepare the student to submit his/her application to ERDT.

Your registration is the first step in a multi-step procedure needed for the student to book an embassy appointment, so please complete it fully, as soon as possible. If you have any questions or confusion, please reach out right away. Incomplete employer registrations will lead to delays.
